Our social media channels and house rules
What can you expect from us on social media?
We use our social media channels to post news and highlights across our venues. We like to share stories from our collections and tell you about upcoming exhibitions, events and campaigns.
We update and monitor our channels Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm (excluding public holidays). We aim to respond as soon as possible within these hours but our response may take a little bit longer – please bear with us.
We read all replies, comments and direct messages but can’t always respond to them individually. If you need to speak to us, please visit our contact page for the best way to get in touch.
House rules
- We love it when you engage with us. Join the conversation and share your experiences but please:
- Stay on topic
- Don’t post anything abusive, discriminatory or obscene
- Don't post adverts or promotions.
- We reserve the right to remove material and ban users from our channels.
- Stay safe online and guard personal information like your email address, phone number and bank details. We will never ask you to share personal information publicly on social media.
- Human beings run our social media channels – if we make a mistake, please be kind.
